About Us

Sylvia Kraus of Soul Motion Therapy is a Registered Psychotherapist and Yoga Instructor in Riverside, Toronto, ON. Her services include psychotherapy, relationship counselling, Jungian-oriented therapy, anger therapy, intimacy counselling and treatment for anxiety and trauma.

She works with her clients to reduce emotional suffering from anxiety, depression, excessive anger, or childhood trauma, cope with separation, divorce, or loss and to improve or even save a relationship.

The focus of her therapy and teaching is to intensify self-awareness leading individuals toward greater balance, creativity and satisfaction in every dimension of life. As a spiritual director and yoga instructor, Sylvia has discovered the importance of meditation and reflective thought and the intrinsic connections between body, mind and soul.
